Access Statement

Forest Live events are held outdoors in forest clearings.  There are no covered areas in the arena.  Please ensure you have sufficient warm and waterproof clothing as umbrellas are not permitted in the arena.

Folding chairs or blankets can be brought into the arena. Seating will be available on the accessible platform and in the accessible grass viewing area for customers booked in these areas, however seating is not provided elsewhere in the arena.

Read access information for each forest venue including maps to download.

New for 2025: accessible facilities can be booked online via Forestry England only, alongside your tickets, if you have an Accessibility approved account.

To get an approved account, complete this request form before booking your tickets giving details of your eligibility. We will create an approved account, and you can book all accessible facilities online alongside your tickets (including personal assistant ticket, viewing platform and accessible grass viewing area).

If you only require accessible blue badge parking this can be booked online alongside your tickets, subject to availability, without an approved account (A blue badge should be shown on arrival at the venue).

Once the approval has been applied to your account you can book accessible facilities for any future events online alongside your tickets.

Please read this access statement in full before completing the approval form

Bookings can also be made entirely by telephone via Forestry England on 0300 0680400.  However, phone lines can be busy during peak periods. Advanced approval and online booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

Pre-booking of accessible facilities is essential to ensure we can make necessary reasonable adjustments and best service the needs of all customers requiring use of these facilities.

Once you have an Accessibility approved account:

  •  Visit www.forestlive.com
  • Select the event
  • Chose the Forestry England booking option
  • Before selecting the number of tickets log into your account using the ‘Sign in’ button at the top of the screen
  • Once logged in you can select tickets and will be offered additional accessible facilities, in one transaction

Requesting an approved account before booking tickets enables you to secure accessible facilities, when booking tickets online via Forestry England.

However if you have already booked tickets and wish to add accessible facilities to your booking (including personal assistant ticket, viewing platform and accessible grass viewing area) or request additional reasonable adjustments, call 0300 068 0400 or email customerrelations@forestryengland.uk to request a call-back

This is a grass area for customers who have health conditions or other disabilities and need a less crowded area and access to the accessible toilets.  Please be aware, the grass viewing area will not be perfectly flat; the grass surface may be uneven and may be on a slight slope according to the topography of the site. This is particularly so at our Delamere Forest venue where this area is not suitable for wheelchair users. Wheelchair users at Delamere Forest should book the raised viewing platform

There will not be an unrestricted sight line of the stage in this area, as there will be customers in front of the grass viewing area who are likely to be standing up.  One personal assistant is welcome to accompany a customer using the accessible grass viewing area. Accessible toilet wristbands can also be requested from the accessibility co-ordinator on arrival at the event.

Other accessible toilets may be available outside the arena, for use before the arena opens. The access information section on each forest page gives more details.
