On occasion, there have been ticket scams and fake tickets in circulation for Forest Live events. Fake tickets have been detected at the arena entrance and purchasers have not been granted admittance to concerts. Crowd conditions can vary dependent on artists. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the content and show is appropriate for them and their party. Some artists may use language that might be considered offensive.

All acts are subject to their availability which means the number of Forest Live dates they play will vary from a solo concert to playing the whole run.

The purchase of Forest Live tickets makes an ideal gift for any special occasion.

Print our downloadable gift voucher to give as a gift prior to tickets being issued.

Once e-tickets are issued to the purchaser, it is their responsibility to forward tickets onto the gift recipient.

If any Forest Live concert should not go ahead, every effort will be made to postpone the concert. This will be subject to artist availability.

If you are unable to make a postponed date or rescheduling is not possible, you will be entitled to a refund of your ticket in line with the terms and conditions.

For selected events a limited number of standard tickets are available at the Earlybird price, for customers who book earliest. Once these tickets are sold, customers will be able to purchase tickets at the standard price. Both ticket types are for standard general admission tickets to your chosen Forest Live concert and offer the same experience. (‘Earlybird tickets’ were previously called ‘Wave 1’).

Due to the fast sales pace, with multiple customers purchasing concurrently, it’s not possible to remove the Earlybird option from the price list exactly as the final Earlybird ticket sale has been completed. Therefore we may have to display both options during the booking journey and would encourage customers to select ‘Earlybird’ wherever this is shown as available.

Earlybird tickets may not be available for all events.  Sign-up for access to Forest Live pre-sales to have the best chance of securing tickets early.

Ticketmaster In Demand tickets are premium tickets made available by artists and Event Organisers through Ticketmaster. They give fans safe and fair access to some of the most in-demand tickets.

Ticketmaster In Demand tickets give access to the best tickets, while enabling artists and other people involved in staging live events to price tickets closer to their true market value.

These tickets aren’t part of a package, so the price you're paying is just for the tickets.

Currently, Ticketmaster In Demand tickets aren’t available for all events. Be sure to check back often as new events are continually being added.

As a valued member, get ahead of the queue and gain priority booking access to exclusive pre-sales.

We are also offering all Forestry England members one free parking space, when booked in advance. Make sure that you are logged in to your membership account and purchase a 'standard parking’ ticket, the Forestry England booking system will automatically change the price to a free parking (member) space.

Please note, this is only available when booking tickets via Forestry England and not available in conjunction with any other offer.

For 2024 we are offering a Forest Live Four Show Festival ticket at Delamere Forest and Westonbirt Arboretum.

The Four Show Festival Ticket gives admission to four of the separate Forest Live shows at that venue. The ticket cost is the same as purchasing each of the shows individually; however, there is a 50% reduction on the usual booking fees.

Car parking is very limited and must be booked in advance. Visitors and vehicles must leave site each evening after the show, overnight camping is not permitted. Forest Live terms and conditions apply.

What to bring

Please only bring items that are essential to your evening. Our security team will carry out bag searches. Dress for the outdoors - bring something warm for later in the evening and bring a waterproof as we do not permit umbrellas in the arena.

We encourage all customers to consider the environment and bring re-usable containers to limit single use plastic. (Please note no glass and no metal cutlery is allowed into any part of the arena).

Folding chairs or blankets are permitted (in both the main arena and The Glade VIP area).  Insect repellent may be useful.

Prohibited items include:

  • Trollies

  • Glass of any kind including bottles and jars
  • Breakable crockery

The Forest Live events are all open air and are not classed as enclosed spaces where it would be illegal to smoke or ‘vape’. Whilst smoking and vaping is permitted, we would expect all our customers to behave responsibly and to be considerate to others customers.

Forestry England operates a ‘no drugs’ policy. You may be searched and anyone seen to be in possession of drugs or psychoactive substances / so-called ‘legal highs’, risks being ejected from the venue and reported to the police.

At the entrance to the arena all bags will be searched by our security team. You will be asked to take any prohibited item(s) back to your car or to dispose of them.

We do not have facilities to decant drinks from glass bottles into paper cups as this increases the waiting time of other customers queuing to enter the arena.  It is not permitted to bring your own open drinks into the arena.

Getting there

Parking costs £8 per car in advance, or free for Forestry England members. If you plan on arriving by car, a parking space must be booked in advance, alongside admission tickets.

Accessible Parking should be requested via Forestry England using the Online Accessibility Booking Form, (same charges apply).

Please note some car parks are a 15-20 minute walk from the arena.

Limited parking may be available on the day at a cost of £15, payable on arrival (card payments only).

Vehicles must not be left overnight and are parked at your own risk.

We have introduced a charge for car parking to encourage customers to consider greener travel options such as car-sharing, coach, and shuttle bus. Money raised from Forest Live concerts supports managing the nation’s forests including environmental projects.

Unfortunately, due to their rural location our venues are not always easy to reach by public transport. Select your chosen venue from the list above and view the travel and accommodation information, to see any public transport options available.

If you are arriving by taxi or being dropped off, make sure you have made arrangements for your return journey in advance as there are a limited number of taxi companies operating near our forests.

Forest sites do not have public telephones and some sites have poor mobile reception. Arrange to meet your taxi at the designated taxi pick up/drop off point which will be signposted on site.

If you have an accessibility need and are arriving by taxi, please read the Access Statement and complete the Forestry England Accessibility Booking form

If you are walking to the venue along the public highway please be aware that it will be dark when you leave. For your safety you should consider bringing a torch and hi-viz vest for your journey home.

Thank you in advance for your patience as our traffic marshals work to get everyone in and out as quickly and safely as possible.
