Safety and welfare
Remember to stay hydrated while at the concert. Bring an empty reusable water bottle to fill with water at refill stations around the arena.
The majority of our customers will be arriving by car over a staggered period. In some cases it may take over an hour to exit the car parks safely due to the number of vehicles leaving at the same time. You can help us with this by following instructions from our traffic marshals.
Be patient and listen to our traffic marshals, as they work to get everyone in and out as quickly and safely as possible.
If you are walking to and from the venue be aware that it will be dark when you leave. Do not to walk on the road or verges. Only stick to designated walking routes around site. Use pavements if on the public highway. For your safety you should consider bringing a torch and hi-viz vest for your journey home.
If you are arriving by taxi or being dropped off, make arrangements for your return journey in advance as there are a limited number of taxi companies operating near our forests.
Forest sites do not have public telephones and some sites have poor mobile reception. Arrange to meet your taxi at the designated taxi pick up/drop off point which will be signposted at the venue. Do not arrange to meet in surrounding villages as this can cause safety issues and disturbance to local residents.
We advise all customers to wear suitable clothing and footwear for an outdoor event. Unfortunately, we do not permit umbrellas to be taken into the arena. We recommend bringing a raincoat and something to keep you warm later in the evening.
Remember to be tick aware, insect repellent and suncream may be useful.
There are first aid facilities available within the arena. Please ask a steward to direct you to the facilities if required.
The event arena and surrounding areas are covered by CCTV. We advise against bringing valuables to the event, however, if you choose to do so, please keep them hidden from view where possible.
To ensure the safety of all our customers, we'll be carrying out bag searches upon entry to the event.
If you have any concerns or see anything suspicious during the event please let one of our staff members know.
