About the artist

Born a proud Londoner with Scottish roots from a family that has been involved in music for generations, it is no surprise that Sasha GiGi chose music as her way of life. Her first encounters with music came from belting out disco classics in the car with her mum and then picking up the saxophone aged 7. GiGi enrolled at the University of Bristol where she harnessed her skills in songwriting and ultimately discovered and fell in love with dance music. Her obsession of collecting records led her to have her own radio show and discover the art of DJing.
