Westonbirt Arboretum has one of the most beautiful and important plant collections in the world! With 15,000 specimens, and 2,500 species of tree, the arboretum plays a vital part in research and conservation, while also being a breath-taking setting for concerts!

Forest Live Four Show Festival Ticket Westonbirt Arboretum

The Four Show Festival Ticket gives admission to four separate Forest Live events at Westonbirt Arboretum. The ticket cost is the same as purchasing each of the shows individually; however, there is a 50% reduction on the usual booking fees. 

Car parking is very limited and must be booked in advance. Visitors and vehicles must leave the site each evening after the show. Overnight camping is not permitted. Ticket includes:

Travel and accommodation

Westonbirt Arboretum is located in Gloucestershire close to the town of Tetbury. Search for postcode GL8 8QS to find your quickest route. When you get close to the venue, please turn your Sat Nav off and follow the yellow event signage as the event will be using different car parks and entrances to normal.

The nearest train station is at Kemble (Swindon to Gloucester line), 12 miles away.

Only pre-booked taxis will be allowed on site, we do not have a taxi rank of cars waiting for passengers. Make sure you’ve considered your return journey before arriving and book in advance.

Please use the designated pick up point to meet with your taxi or lift home. Do not arrange to meet them on the main road. This is dangerous due to high speed traffic at night and would have an adverse impact on our neighbours.

All Westonbirt Arboretum Forest Live car parks open at 4:30pm (except on Thursday 4 and Friday 5 July when they open at 5:30pm).

Parking costs £8 per car in advance or free for Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum and Forestry England members. If you plan on arriving by car, a parking space must be booked in advance, alongside admission tickets. Book a parking space 

Accessible Blue Badge Parking can be requested via Forestry England using the Online Accessibility Booking Form, (same charges apply). 

Limited parking may be available on the day at a cost of £15, payable on arrival.

Those attending concerts from the north and north east (such as from the M5 J13, Stroud, Cirencester and Gloucester) will be parked in Westonbirt School grounds postcode GL8 8QG opposite the arboretum with a controlled pedestrian crossing and an approximate 1 mile walk to the arena along the level and well surfaced Mitchell Drive, through the heart of the beautiful Arboretum. This is to allow better traffic flow, particularly when you leave the site once the concert has ended.

Customers have to be at their pick up point within 30 minutes of the concert finishing.

Travel in a greener way with our return coach service to Forest Live at Westonbirt Arboretum. Advance booking is essential.

Accessible parking must be pre-booked (parking charge of £8). Follow event signage to Westonbirt Arboretum and then follow directions to accessible parking or advise a steward who will direct you. The car park surface is grass.

The designated accessible arena entrance is situated up to 120m from the accessible car park along a grass surface.

Limited wheelchair loan is available. This must be pre-booked. 

A raised Accessible Viewing Platform is provided for customers who are wheelchair users, or who have health conditions or other disabilities where they have to remain seated for long periods of time. This is situated 50m from the accessible entrance on a grass surface. the platform is located approximately 75m form the stage. All places on the Accessible Viewing platform must be pre-booked. The platform has a non-slip surface and is double level, with access ramps.

A ground-level, grass Accessible Viewing Area is provided beside the viewing platform for customers who have health conditions or other disabilities and need a less crowded area and access to the accessible toilets. Please be aware that the ground-level Accessible Viewing Area will not be perfectly flat; the grass surface may be uneven and may be on a slight slope according to the topography of the site.  There will not be an unrestricted sight line of the stage in this area, as there will be customers in front of the Ground-level Grass Accessible Viewing Area who are likely to be standing up.  All places in the Ground-level Grass Accessible Viewing Area must be pre-booked. 

Registered assistance dogs are permitted, but the live sound may disturb the animal. No other dogs are allowed on site.

Laser and strobe lighting may be used as part of the performance.

Accessible toilets are located on the ground to the side of the platform. Additional accessible toilets are located outside the arena near the accessible parking area.

The main drop off and pick up point is 400m from the arena. The footpath surface is tarmac and crushed stone.
